Ram Nath Kovind gave his first speech in the Central Hall of Parliament as the President of India. Mr. Kovind's swearing in ceremony was attended by Vice-President Hamid Ansari, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan, Chief Ministers and many other diplomats.
